Being from a town 900 kms from Steve Marshall in Nanaimo, it made it well worth the money to travel down there to such a great facility. I tried dealing with the dealership where I live, only to have a very bad experience. The care put forth from the moment we drove on the lot - ensuring that we were looked after and not just "a dollar sign" - made the overall experience one that was very memorable.
