It’s like a well written Romance Novel. Scott Burgess of The Detroit News has written probably the best description of the Shelby Mustang that I’ve ever had the pleasure to read.
He starts off slow, describing what we all imagaine: It’s fun to drive a specially built, super fast, Sports Car Legend.
But he wraps it up nicely:
“…it’s the guttural rumble that people notice most. When you take off, and that high pitched supercharger kicks in, there’s a burst of power that can take your breath away. The clutch is firm and if you tip in the accelerator too quickly, you’ll feel the traction control fight the 480-pound-feet of torque that wants to spin the wheels like a top. It takes a little time adjusting to the GT500′s clutch to find the groove to blast off.”

The new iPhone is being released on Friday, with that new release comes the worry of Sync and iPhone integration. Is it compatible? What features work?
The answer is yes!
Using the bluetooth enabled iPhone you will connect with Sync. Using the USB cable your music on the iPhone will be played in the vehicle with Sync. There are not many vehicles out there that connect with the iPhone, according to KickingTires there are 3 that do it easily. The Ford Sync vehicles, BMW and Audi; all offer iPhone integration.
So go ahead Ford owners!! Feel free to get that iPhone tomorrow, you will be connected.

Ford has contributed the company’s expertise in rapid parts prototyping to help bring “Leonardo”- a 77-million-year-old duckbill dinosaur – to life for researchers and potentially millions of museum visitors around the world.
This technology, which allows the company to generate three-dimensional solid models of complicated virtual designs quickly and economically, has helped Ford boost its initial vehicle quality to among the best in the industry. Now, Ford is using its rapid parts prototyping expertise to help create a life-size dinosaur prototype that will be used to create replicas for display and research.
It’s a fantastic moment when a simple car company can help the world to recreate, research and understand Hundred Million Year old mysteries. With one of the largest CT machines in the world, it seemed natural for Ford to create a High Fidelity life size model of Leonardo for the South Dakota-based Black Hills Institute of Geological Research, pro bono.

What a great time Steve Marshall Ford had at the Relay for Life on June 13, 2008. The Cruiser Team was busy serving up donated hamburgers from M&M Meats on our Bar-B-Cruiser. Pepsi was quick to jump on board to donate Aquafina water for the set up crew earlier in the morning and for the participants arriving in the evening.
