Rewarding regular maintenance
Premium Maintenance is a program to reward your regular maintenance and provide Limited Protection Plan on many major vehicle components. With this program we also initiated a complimentary Roadside Assistance, which covers towing, boosting, tire change, lock out service and gas or other fluids delivery.

This Roadside Assistance Program comes to you FREE of charge, when you have Steve Marshall Ford's Premium Maintenance #1 package performed on your vehicle.
This package is valid for 4 months or 8,000 km with up to a $75.00 US value every time, and unlimited use. When your Roadside Assistance program is close to expiration, our service team will jog your memory with a reminder card.
Engine Protection Plan
Opting for the Premium Maintenance #1 when starting your new vehicle maintenance schedule will give you peace of mind by providing Limited Protection Plan on lubricated engine parts and fuel system components for up to 7 years or 240,000 km.
When you use Premium Maintenance to maintain your new vehicle at Steve Marshall Ford, we will provide you with our Engine Limited Protection Plan, on top of the complimentary Roadside Assistance.
Covers Lubricated Engine Parts and Fuel System Components
- Provides Limited Protection Plan for up to 7 years or 241,000 km
- Initial service must be done within first 3 years or 60,000 km
- To maintain, service must be done every 4 months or 8,000 km
Transmission, Power Steering, Cooling System Protection Plan
The Service Department at Steve Marshall Ford also offers you, as a new car owner, a 240,000 km or 7 years Limited Protection Plan on your Transmission, Drive Line, Power Steering, Cooling System, and the associated parts when your required maintenance is completed at our dealership.
Covers Lubricated Engine Parts and Fuel System Components
- Provides Limited Protection Plan for up to 7 years or 241,000 km
- Initial service must be done within first 3 years or 60,000 km
- To maintain, service must be done every 2 years or 45,000 km
